The Founding 100

Visionary Pioneer Program Terms

Eligibility, benefits, recognition and consent principles.

Program summary. These terms explain the recognition program. The signed commercial agreement controls subscription scope, price, payment, service and any conflicting provision.

1. Eligibility

  • The program is limited to the first 100 organizations approved by SONO.
  • The organization must have an effective paid monthly or annual SaaS subscription for Sono Govern, Sono Audit or Sono Strategy.
  • At least one eligible system must be activated and must not be in a trial, evaluation or proof-of-concept state.
  • SONO administrators confirm eligibility before a Pioneer number is assigned.

2. Pioneer numbering

Numbers are assigned automatically in qualification order after all requirements are confirmed. A number is permanent as a historical program identifier; public display is controlled separately by consent.

3. Three-year price protection

For qualifying Pioneers, the agreed recurring subscription price for the original contracted SaaS scope is protected for the first three contract years. Additional users, modules, services, usage, taxes, third-party charges and later scope changes are outside the protected original scope unless the commercial agreement expressly states otherwise.

4. Pioneer benefits

Benefits are available only to qualifying Pioneers and include founding recognition, Pioneer-exclusive launch support, annual roundtable invitations and selected opportunities to evaluate upcoming capabilities. Specific scheduling and availability may vary.

5. Public recognition

Participation may remain private. Public name, logo, activated systems, homepage milestones and Featured Pioneer stories require the applicable separate approvals. Featured organizations are selected by SONO, and success stories are published only after final customer approval.

6. Consent and withdrawal

Public-recognition consent remains valid until the organization withdraws it. SONO will target removal of approved public materials within 10 business days after receiving and validating a withdrawal request. Withdrawal does not erase the historical Pioneer number or records that must be retained.

7. Subscription status

If the subscription later becomes inactive, SONO may stop current program benefits and update public status while retaining the permanent historical number. The applicable commercial agreement governs subscription termination and service access.
